Delivery Information

Orders placed within our local delivery area, will arrive on our truck. A delivery appointment will be set up at the time we receive your order.

We offer Free Local Delivery. A modest charge will be applied for deliveries outside the Waunakee/Westport area.
Please note: It is important for someone to be at home to accept the delivery on the scheduled day.

Are there Warranties Available?

Waunakee Furniture honors all manufacturers’ warranties. Depending on the type of furniture you select, the warranty will vary. If you would like more specific information about the warranty for the furniture you are considering please call us at 608-849-7574.

What is Your Return Policy?

– All “in stock” furniture purchases are currently NOT returnable. Once a piece leaves the store and is in the home it cannot be returned.
– All “in stock” accessory purchases are currently N0T returnable. Once an accessory leaves the store and is in the home it cannot be returned.
– All special order furniture purchases are non-returnable.
– All warranty claim service calls and repairs within 1 year of the purchase date will be no charge.
– All warranty claim service calls after 1 year of the purchase date will be subject to a $50 service charge.
– All warranty claim pickups and returns after 1 year of the purchase date will be subject to a delivery charge, The charge will depend upon the location.
– All repairs done by Waunakee Furniture ETC on warranty claims after 1 year of the purchase date will be billed a $50/hr.
– Waunakee Furniture ETC is NOT responsible for warranty claims on “pick-up” merchandise that has been damaged once it has left the premises.

ALL”CLEARANCE” OR “CLOSEOUT” MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL UPON DOWNPAYMENT OR PAYMENT.

– Due to more lengthy setup times during delivery, youth bunks, storage beds and loft systems are subject to a $35 setup fee.
– Outside of the Waunakee area there is a delivery charge. Delivery charges depend upon location.

There is a $25 per piece charge for moving furniture from the area being delivered to. *This excludes sleeper sofas and reclining sofas, which we are not able to move.

– As a caution please DO NOT ask our delivery personnel to remove their shoes, Sock and gloved feet can be very slippery on many floors and hazardous while carrying heavy furnishings. Please be sure to have rugs or towels in place to protect floors from wet/dirty feet,
– As a caution please put away dogs, cats or other pets, Pets under foot can be very hazardous when carrying heavy furnishings.
