We visited several stores in search of a lift chair for my mother-in-law, and I have to say—the care and attention Ywe received while trying to choose something for someone who couldn’t be there in person was truly exceptional. There were so many factors to consider, and even though some places carried similar or the same products, the level of service we received at this particular location stood out above the rest. They didn’t just help us find the right chair—they arranged delivery (100+ miles away), ensured setup went smoothly, and even coordinated a training session to make sure my mother-in-law felt confident using it. It was thoughtful, thorough, and deeply appreciated.

I had the best customer service experience shopping at Waunakee Furniture ETC. I'm building a house and looking for high quality & unique home furnishings. Their selection of furniture and accessories was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and the Owner took the time to come out to say hello. I highly recommend this store. 5 Stars!

Wonderful experience with interior designer Anna. This place is stocked with beautiful, well made furniture and accessories. It is much better than going to a big box store and you are supporting the local economy!

Purchased 2 lounge chairs with electric movements. Had a hiccup on one chair afte 2 years. Responded quickly to house & solved problem. I can recline with a push of a button & gently rock. What a country!

Found a new sofa for my Father, talked to the sales person who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Less than 30 minutes later the staff helped move and load the sofa into our vehicle. It’s a perfect fit for his home! Thank you to the ETC staff for making it an easy process.

Waunakee Furniture ETC has served me and my family for several years now, and we have all been grateful and impressed with the selection and service. I purchased all of the furniture for my first home from ETC - Pieces from Smith Brothers, Simply Amish, and Archbold, and I have been so pleased with each product. Starting from scratch was difficult, but Sandy and the other designers were patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. This store will always be my first choice when selecting furniture - I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and personalized service!

Stopped in looking for gliders for my daughter who is going to have her first baby in March. I had never shopped the store and was impressed as soon as I walked in. Beautifully merchandised, excellent quality and decor. Three levels of Furniture representing every possible setting for a home. The sales staff was very helpful, informative and eager to understand my needs so they could show me exactly what I was looking for. My daughter and son-in-law will be driving out there to test the gliders and hopefully make a purchase. Highly recommended

Highly recommend! We shopped around a little bit and finally landed with Waunakee Furniture…they were a local business and had excellent service. We took our time trying to decide what fit our space and the colors we wanted and they were helpful the entire time. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything. We ended up getting furniture for our living room and basement. I seriously could not be happier with our delivery and product! It was so fun seeing our furniture come to life!! Thank you all so much!

We had a wonderful experience with Sandy and team! We walked in looking for our first sectional in our new house & we walked out blown away.
Sandy and team helped us find a great sectional for our space and offered wonderful design suggestions based on our flooring, paint, and trim!! We couldn’t be more excited to see our couch in our space in just a few short months! Look no further for wonderful customer service and furniture choices! We will definitely be back!!
